This Privacy Policy explains how Reeluxe collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you visit our website, create an account, use Reeluxe Studio, upload product references, generate assets, purchase credits or subscriptions, or contact us.

Reeluxe is created for use from Europe and is designed with European privacy expectations in mind, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies.

Depending on how you use Reeluxe, we may collect:

• account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and profile settings;
• billing account details such as plan, purchase history, payment status, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, and invoice references. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in Reeluxe's database;
• uploaded content such as product photos, prompts, brand instructions, generation settings, and generated image or video assets;
• usage data such as pages visited, features used, generation history, credit usage, device information, browser information, approximate location, logs, and diagnostics;
• support messages and any information you choose to send when contacting us.

We use personal data to:

• create and manage accounts;
• provide Reeluxe Studio, including uploads, AI generation, asset storage, downloads, and billing features;
• manage subscriptions, credits, invoices, refunds, and payment status through Stripe;
• maintain security, troubleshoot bugs, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use;
• respond to support requests and service messages;
• understand product performance and improve Reeluxe;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on different legal bases depending on the context. We process account, generation, and billing data where necessary to perform our contract with you. We process security, analytics, service improvement, and abuse-prevention data based on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. We process some data to comply with legal obligations. Where required, we ask for consent, for example for optional cookies or marketing communications.

To generate image and video assets, Reeluxe may send uploaded references, prompts, generation settings, and related metadata to AI infrastructure providers and other technical subprocessors. We use these providers to operate the service, not to sell your private content.

You should only upload product photos, brand materials, and other content that you have the right to process through Reeluxe. Avoid uploading special-category personal data or sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary and lawful for your use case.

We share personal data only when needed to operate Reeluxe, comply with the law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Our service may use hosting, database, storage, AI generation, payments, authentication, analytics, email, customer support, and error-monitoring providers. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual restrictions or their own legal obligations.
